PWS Giving Opportunities
Community is everything at Portland Waldorf School. When you give to PWS, you help strengthen the vibrancy of this education and directly support the needs of our students, teachers, and the more than 29% of our student body who receive tuition reductions. Our Annual Community Giving Fund and CARE Campaign offer two main giving streams, while our Fred Meyer and BottleDrop programs offer easy ways to give while you shop locally.
Our Annual Giving Fund
The PWS Annual Community Fund supports the day-to-day operations of our school.
We use your generous donations to purchase classroom supplies, improve our campus, invest in training for our teachers, and expand our tuition adjustment program. Everything we do, everything our students use, is funded in part by the Community Fund.
CARE Campaign and Vision
CARE stands for Campus Additions, Renovations and Enhancements. Our current families and extended community give to the CARE Campaign Fund through donations, and also, time spent caring for the buildings and land where our school resides.
The CARE Vision supports the sustainable growth and care of our school.
