Celebrating the Class of 2021

On a perfect Saturday in June, the PWHS senior class received their high school diplomas. Parents, families, faculty and friends joined together to celebrate their accomplishments after a year that had its share of obstacles. Through some serious perseverance, and despite the challenges of remote learning, these students remained committed and were able to adapt and thrive. These are all characteristics of Waldorf graduates: the ability to think critically; flexibility; and confidence to try new things. We could not be more proud, or more in awe, of them and their accomplishments.

As part of the ceremony, teachers spoke about each student and their individual strengths and contributions to our community. It was touching and inspiring and filled us with hope about what these young people will do next. Congratulations, graduates!
